Privacy Policy

Engram is built so that none of your personal information ever leaves your device.

What we collect

Nothing.

What is stored on your device

Your pieces, sections, chunks, session history, settings, and any preferences you set during onboarding are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad using Apple’s SwiftData. If you have iCloud Backup enabled on your device, this data may be included in your encrypted Apple backup, which is handled by Apple under their privacy terms — not ours.

Purchases

In-app purchases (Engram Pro Annual and Engram Pro Lifetime) are processed entirely by Apple’s StoreKit. We never receive your payment details. Engram only receives a confirmation from StoreKit that you are entitled to Pro features. Apple may share aggregate, anonymized purchase reports with us through App Store Connect (for example, total monthly sales by region). These reports cannot be used to identify you. CSV exports

If you export your practice history to CSV, the file is created on your device and handed to the iOS share sheet. Where it goes from there — saved to Files, emailed, AirDropped — is your choice and is handled by the system, not by Engram.

Support emails

If you email us at support@lumoraworks.app, your email address and message are used only to respond to your request. We do not add you to any mailing list and do not share your message with third parties.

Third parties

We do not share data with any third parties, because we do not collect data.

Children

Engram is not directed at children under 13. Because we do not collect data from anyone, we also do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you. Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. To remove all locally stored Engram data, delete the app from your device.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated in the app’s release notes.
